Meet the founder

Mzz “Kia” Waters

Founder & Brand Marketing Strategist

Kia leads SWC and hosts Elite ATL Live’s The Purple Chair. Her focus brings together entrepreneurship, creativity, and meaningful professional connections.

Experience you can build on.

Practice workplace communication, receive feedback on assigned work, build professional confidence, explore career interests, and develop approved portfolio examples.

Entertainment & business connections

Behind the conversation.
Beyond the classroom.

Through Elite ATL Live, explore the preparation behind interviews with artists, media personalities, and entrepreneurs. Past interview guests include Bigg Jigg, Shorty Roc, and Andre Wanzo.

These connections are documented interviews, not internship endorsements. Public-figure access and event assignments depend on actual schedules.

Every business. Real learning.
